SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes with live tracking updates.
  • Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Prepaid Orders: Shipped via Air Shipping and delivered within 2-5 days.
  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹499.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at an additional ₹50 cash handling charge.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to most countries.
  • Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Delivery time depends on the destination but typically takes 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the destination.
  • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

For Domestic Orders (India):

  • Easy 7-day exchange policy at no extra cost.
  • For refunds/returns on SALE items, a ₹100 handling fee will be charged.
  • To initiate a return/exchange, click on the Exchange/Refund/Return Order link in your account page.

Exchange Process:

  1. Select the order details.
  2. Our team will arrange a pickup and send the exchange item.
  3. If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pin code, you must self-ship the product.
  4. Once we receive the product, we will credit ₹100 to your account for shipping costs.

Refund/Return Process:

  • If you opt for a refund/return, the amount will be refunded after deducting applicable COD/Shipping/Gifting charges (if any), once the product reaches our warehouse.
  • If your location is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the item to:

For International Orders:

  • Returns & Exchanges are not available for international orders due to high shipping costs.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos on customercare@lilglory.in or WhatsApp chat button on the website, and we will assist you to make it right and accordingly process refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

BILLING POLICY

  • All prices include GST. No additional GST payment is required.
  • Orders below ₹499 are subject to a ₹100 shipping charge.
  • Free shipping applies to all orders above ₹499.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹50 cash handling charge will be applicable and paid directly at the time of delivery exclusive of purchased product charges.
